Deposits ~

          A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to hold a bed and breakfast guest room.
          To reserve the facility for an event, a deposit of $150.00 is requested.


Room Charges ~

          Per night room charges include a full cooked breakfast for 1 or 2, complimentary snacks in guest rooms, and early morning coffee and tea in the upstairs sitting room.
          We accept cash, check, Travelers' Check, VISA or Mastercard.
          The charge for a 3rd guest in the room is $20.00.


Cancellations and Refunds ~

          Deposits are refunded with 14 days' notice.  With less than 14 days notice, a refund is given ONLY if room can be rebooked. 

          A $10.00 service fee applies to ALL refunds.


Other Issues ~

          ~ Due to our many antiques, we discourage children under the age of 12 years.  ALL children must be closely supervised AT ALL TIMES.

          ~ We do not accept pets.

           ~ The Sumner House is a smoke-free residence
