          The Sumner House offers an intimate and historical setting for all types of social and business functions.  The Great Room, with a large fireplace nestled in the oak paneled "inglenook", provides a spacious and comfortable dining or meeting room.  The adjoining Sun Room and Breakfast Room add to the facility's spaciousness and flow.

          In addition to the facility rental, events are priced according to the services required.  To reserve the facility, the rental fee is requested as a deposit and the remaining balance is due at the end of the event.
